How much does it cost?

Prices vary depending on the number of characters (people/pets), illustration style (shoulders up/full body) and background style(standard/custom/none) that you choose! You can explore prices for the artwork you have in mind on the product page.

 

How will I get my custom portrait?

Your portrait will be a digital artwork so it will be emailed to you when it’s complete. Once you approve your artwork, you'll have the option to get it printed on a canvas, mug, poster, t-shirts, puzzles etc. (It'll be charged additionally, check out the prices on the order page).

 

What if I am not happy with my portrait?

Our artists are incredibly talented and always strive to do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss a detail or the essence of the person, We are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait. We have a satisfaction guarantee policy.

  

What can I have as my background?

Whatever you want! You can chose no background, one of our standard backgrounds or a custom background. Just let us know your idea and we will make it happen.

 

Do I need to pay extra for my pets?

Yes. Pets are counted as a character.

 

Are there any copyrights for the drawings?

No, you own complete rights and licensing to do what you would like with it.

 

Can you work from more than one photo?

Yes! The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us.

   

What if I have a large group photo?

No problem, just drop us an email and we can get you a quote for groups as large as you need.

 

Will I be charged for revisions?

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all the details you would like in the drawing in the order drawing notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in an additional charge ($10) if the customer requires revisions.

 

What dimensions will my drawing provided in?

Our standard resolution is 3600 pixels x 4800 pixels (portrait) or 4800 pixels x 3600 pixels (landscape). Once you get it printed, the size will be 12" x 16" (portrait) or 16" x 12" (landscape) at 300 DPI. If you would like a different size just let us know in your order notes.

 

Do you ship to all the countries?

Yes we can ship anywhere in the world!

 

What are the available payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover cards. You can also pay using Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

 

What file type will my portrait come with?

Your completed artwork will be delivered in JPG or PNG format. If you'd like the underlying layered file, just send us a request and we’ll email it over to you.
